Dean Hrbacek has a superb track record of accomplishments as a businessman and an elected official. He is a business attorney, board certified in tax law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and a Certified Public Accountant with expertise in legal issues related to business law and taxation. In addition, his contributions and visionary leadership during the nine years that he served on the City of Sugar Land City Council as both a Mayor (1996 – 2002) and Councilmember (1993 – 1996) played a large part in making Sugar Land a premier community in Texas.
